Christmas Cash Strategy
What happens before Christmas? You start buying gifts just like everybody else. In our fast paced society, people have too many things to do and too little time to do them. Which is why so many people choose to shop for gifts online, after all it is fast and it saves time. Based on this fact, here’s how you can cash in on Christmas gifts…..
Christmas Gifts Frenzy
All you need to do is simply to get highly targeted search traffic from Christmas purely by focusing on the online Christmas gift shopping frenzy. It starts as early as October and it literally shoots up in December. If you start to apply this strategy now you will see results very quickly. Do not leave it too late.
When buying is urgent, price is no longer an issue…..
When it is near Christmas, people must buy gifts within a time frame and because so many people are buying, opportunities far outweight the competition. Due to urgency sales conversions are all time high, selling is much easier for you. No need to use silly scarcity tactics since urgency is natural.
Christmas Cash Mini Sites
All you need to do is to create simple mini sites with only a few pages on each site. Sign up for Amazon affiliate program since there is no end of products for you to promote.
Content
For content on your mini site, you just need to rewrite product descriptions and specifications. These minor rewrites can prevent duplicate content penalty so that your site will still rank well.
Images
You also grab images from Amazon or the merchant which you are promoting. You need to be careful here though, some merchants are quite particular about the copyright of their images – just ask them for permission if unsure. Use images to grab the attention of people and have a big call to action image. Add call to action links as well.
Product
For each page, you only have a single product. Remember to put your call to action images right on the first fold of the page. Long pages are not required when people are already in a hurry to buy. If you have many of such mini sites, each promoting different products, you can create a resource page with links to your other sites.
Traffic
We want to get organic search engine ranking and since we are targeting specific product keywords and model numbers, the competition is lower and it is easier for you to rank well. Just work on your on-page optimization and you will do fine.

I’ve always capitalized on festive seasons, where my affiliate income usually shoots up rather nicely, especially those involving physical products. I agree with John’s comment. I brought this strategy up in conversation with a very smart affiliate who dismissed it saying he wanted a website that made money all year not just a few weeks. Less competition for me then! All The Best And Happy Christmas!

You don’t have this problem but you may know someone who does. Everything i do on the net, I lose money. Paid advertising, no results, free ads, no results. How does a person stay motivated to put the huge amount of time into getting sales when failure is your only experience?

I lost my wonderful husband in 1986 just as you have lost your beloved wife. It’s tough living without them.
In a real store, I think I can possibly outsell anybody. I have outsold the shoes in all 11 of Goodwill’s other stores. That’s without even trying. I can’t seem to sell anything from the web. With Private Page, HerbaLife, and Digital Response Solutions and others, I lost over $3,000 and counting.
Then I had to move to my son’s house. I had to buy a new computer and I lost all my contacts. By then, I figured that you had to have a MBA to get anywhere working from a computer. My son has an MBA and three of my grandsons are in college working on theirs. They all work with computers for real companies. They consider my computer a toy!
I joined this particular cruise matrix last week and I haven’t sold any. Do you think you could tell me how to sell it from the web? I really wanted to give my son some money for Christmas. My goal is to help my friends make money from the web, but so far, I haven’t been able to do it myself!

Mildred, I’m not sure about this matrix thing because I am not into network marketing so I can’t advice you on that.
If you outsell people in a real store, why not record your voice then transcribe into text and use the text as your web copy or even content.
Good news for you! You don’t need an MBA to make a full time living online. Many people have done it, so can you!
